Weld Done specializes in welding, fabrication, and structural steel erection services. The scope of work, project timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in a formal agreement or contract for each project.

2. Estimates and Quotes
  • All estimates and quotes provided by Weld Done are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Quotes are based on the specifications provided by the client. Any changes to the project scope may result in additional charges.
  • Prices exclude taxes, permits, or additional fees unless explicitly stated.
3. Payment Terms
  • A deposit may be required before the commencement of any project. The deposit amount will be specified in the project agreement.
  • Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional fees.
  • Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified in the invoice.
4. Project Timelines
  • Project completion timelines are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, material availability, or changes in project scope.
  • Weld Done will communicate any delays promptly and work with the client to resolve them.
5. Liability
  • Weld Done carries liability insurance to protect against damages caused by our services.
  • We are not liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of God, third-party actions, or supply chain disruptions.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring the work site is safe and accessible for our team and equipment.
6. Warranties
  • Weld Done provides a warranty on workmanship for a period of 12 months from the project completion date. Material warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted in writing and are subject to inspection by Weld Done.
  • The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, modifications, or neglect by the client or third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
  • All designs, plans, and documentation created by Weld Done remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our materials without prior consent.
8. Confidentiality
  • Weld Done respects client confidentiality and will not share sensitive information without explicit permission, except where required by law.
9. Termination of Services
  • Either party may terminate the agreement in writing with reasonable notice.
  • If a project is terminated by the client, the client will be responsible for payment for completed work and any materials purchased up to the termination date.
  • Weld Done reserves the right to terminate services if the client violates these terms.
10. Governing Law
